Police are looking for three men who allegedly abducted a 26-year-old man at a Kuils River business on Thursday.
The man was reunited with his family later that same day, according to police spokesman Captain FC Van Wyk.
The three men had entered Silversands Motor Spares in Nooiensfontein Road, looking for the owner who was not there at the time, he said.
They had then bundled the 26-year-old man into a white Mercedes Benz parked nearby and driven off.
The abducted man was later dropped off at the Harare police station at around 9.45pm on Thursday.
“Information gathered from the victim and the circumstances surrounding his ordeal forms part of the ongoing investigation. The victim sustained bruises to his body and was taken for medical assessment upon being reunited with his loved ones. No arrest has been made and the investigation continues," said Captain Van Wyk.
