Community activist, Mkholisi Mpukumpa, said the crime was out of control in the Wallacedene, adding that foreign nationals were a noticeable target for criminals.
“Crime is so high to the extent that robbery just happens. This is a challenge and it needs collaboration in the community. Foreigners are the most frequent victims and are robbed in daylight and in front of people but no one is spared in the robberies,” he said.
He appealed on the community to work with police to always be on high alert.
