Soneike High School matric pupil Cameron Africa, 18, was appointed as a new head coach of the Durbanville Senior Majorettes Club at the beginning of the month. He was a Sonieke High Majorettes team captain last year and represented South Africa in Croatia. He has won several top-three achievements at regional and national competitions. The home ground of the Durbanville Majorettes Club is in Aristea Primary School in Kraaifontein.
