The City of Cape Town will be hosting a community meeting to raise awareness about the invasive Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer beetle (PSHB) at the Bellville library on Wednesday June 18. Attendees will get tips about how to identify infested trees and what to do afterwards. The PSHB poses a threat to Cape Town's urban forest as infested trees have to be chipped. The meeting will take place from 4pm until 7pm.
