Durbanville Children’s Home is looking for a volunteer to offer guitar lessons to its children.
Four teenage boys at the home are eager to take guitar lessons, according to the home’s fundraising manager, Louise Coetzee.
“Our dream is for a successful arts and culture programme that includes drums and art lessons,” she added.
The home has 144 children between the ages of 2 to 18.
The volunteer guitar teacher will need to attend a compulsory information session and undergo a police clearance check. Email volunteer@dchome.org.za for more information.
