Some Eskom customers in Northpine and Scottsdene are still without electricity due to the repairs done at three mini substations in Scottsdene. Eskom spokesperson Kyle Cookson said a cable fault was first experienced at the Scottsdene substation on Friday, leaving Northpine and Scottsdene customers without electricity. By Monday the power had been restored to most of the affected areas, but repairs were still being done at three mini substations. He advised Eskom customers to use the MyEskom Customer App or the Alfred Chatbot on the Eskom website to log faults. File picture: Ian Landsberg/African News Agency (ANA).
